An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for any property being sold or let. It is an assessment of the properties overall energy consumption, giving an estimate of the co2 emissions and costs, in order to try and help reduce carbon impact.

The factors which effect this are heating, hot water systems, insulation, age and build type of property to mention but a few.

Once completed, the report will suggest recommendations to help reduce the properties footprint and reduce your bills.
